Hello!

My name is Natasha and I’m passionate about emotional health and wellbeing, particularly around mental health, having personal lived experience and recognising the many forms of therapy which formed my recovery. The common thread in my story is that of communication; of being able to talk, walk, listen and just be present to work through some difficult and challenging emotions. So I guess what I’m saying is that I already know a little about how you might feel and how daunting taking those first steps can feel.

I created Wild Wellness to facilitate improved physical and mental wellbeing seeing the benefits of both through my own personal journey. I knew that it could help so many more people if I was able to somehow bottle these outdoor experiences into programmes and workshops to show other people how to take back control of their health.

By teaming up with other professionals I have designed a range of workshops and programmes to promote positive wellbeing. The team comprises of a physiotherapist, nutritionist, PT, holistic therapists and yoga teachers. We are further supported by specialist guest facilitators and speakers for our larger events and retreats.

If you are a wellbeing brand, I am available for consultancy and research as a photojournalist by trade. I create meaningful content and visual storytelling with access to professional therapists. This involves ghost writing, blogging, content creation, marketing materials and commercial photography for your brand.
