shinrin-yoku or "Forest bathing" is a well established Japanese art form of therapeutic preventative medicine. It was created by the Japanese Government in the 1980's to address PUBLIC health concerns.

Scientific research has proven that as little as 20 minutes in green woodland can provide effects such as lower blood pressure, better cognitive function and reduction in stress.

We guide you through a meditative and contemplative walk into the forest and observe nature as we flow through a series of mini practices to encourage an improved feeling of well-being.

Nature really is a healer and you will experience the calm feeling of being held in this space with only the sounds of the ocean in the distance and the birds in the trees. A wonderful experience for anyone experiencing anxiety or depression.

We will run regular group sessions, with the option to book a 1-2-1 personalised session.
